Member Agreement 

I understand that by obtaining products,  services, or participation in events I agree to the Membership and paid yearly subscription for Aberewatia. 

I have read and signed the Member Agreement . I fully understand and agree to the Member Agreement. I understand that ONLY new Members are required to sign the Member Agreement.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our products and services are not subject to refunds or returns. Once donation for products and services are processed all sales are final. If you do happen to experience troubles with products provided by us please contact us directly and we be glad to assist.

Shipping

Shipping rates can change at any time. We are NOT responsible for damaged items or lost mail due to shipping. International shipping rates are also a subject of change.

Due to international shipping limitations of certain goods we are not always able to fulfill order requests that contain liquids or other internationally restricted items that have been marked by the shipping servicer as not allowed/ prohibited.

We are NOT responsible for occurring fees due to customs nor are we responsible seized parcel due to international customs. Members are responsible to know the laws of their respective countries and importing rules and regulations. 

General

I understand that the services provided by the practitioner of Aberewatia™ is intended to enhance relaxation and increase communication within my body.

I understand that these services are not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. I am aware that diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed. I understand I am responsible to continuously have regular medical check-ups as part of my overall health care plan for the treatment of my health concerns.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that at all times I may choose to end my participation. Even though it is uncommon I understand that I may experience ‘healing reactions’ during the 24 to 48 hours following the services provided.

I understand that any information exchanged concerning sessions is educational in nature and is to be used at my own discretion. I also understand that any information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential in nature and will not be shared with anyone without my written permission. I do, however, give the practitioner consent to use my case history and results without using my name. I understand that only the practitioner of Aberewatia™ will have access to information in my file to enhance my healing.

I understand that by providing this informed consent I am assuming full responsibility for services I receive and I hold harmless and waive all liability concerning both the practitioner of Aberewatia™ and the facility/location/venue where the services are provided being provided, this includes distance sessions and services which are being held “remotely”.

I agree and understand that due to the nature of the Private Member Association, all healing and spiritual services provided are being offered by DONATION ONLY for an energy exchange, which in our Spiritual Indigenous practices we accept as exchange for the Services offered by Aberewatia to Clients. All bookings are final and do not qualify for refunds, however rescheduling a session may be possible by contacting Aberewatia™ through email or rescheduling directly through site the calendar.
