Lawful standing of our organization

This organization founded upon the freedoms and rights inherent in the common law of the Republic of the United States of America, and all references herein to the United States shall be construed to refer to the Continental United States of America in its original context as set forth in the Constitution of the United States, the original Bill of Rights and the state constitutions of the several sovereign states comprising the union of the United States of America. This organization, is created under the common law of contracts, protected by Article l, Sec. 10, Para. 1 of the Constitution of the United States.

Summary of this contract:

• You are joining a PRIVATE ASSOCIATION protected by the 1st Amendment, to obtain alternative and indigenous traditional healing services, tools, and plant medicines.

• You are choosing for yourself the types of service/products you want to purchase and make use of, and you have done your own research on the topic.

• You will not file a liability lawsuit against the Association trustee, staff, or the other members for anything pertaining to all services and products you obtain in your own choosing.

• Your activities and the Spiritual healers’ activities within the Association are private and not to be shared with the FDA, FTC, State Boards, USDA, CDC, DEA or other gov agencies.

• You are not a State or Federal agent whose purpose is to regulate and approve medicinal plant or herbal products.

Membership Agreement

I do hereby apply for membership to Aberewatia which is an unincorporated LLC, and private membership organization operated through a “508(c)(1)(a)” Alliance of the Black Sun & Moon & Luminous Nobility. With the signing of this membership agreement, I accept the offer made to become a member of Aberewatia and have read and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose from Article 1 of Aberewatia Articles of Association.

1. This Association of members hereby declares that our main objective is to maintain and improve the human rights, constitutional guarantees, and political freedom of every member and human worldwide.

2. We believe that the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America guarantees our members the rights of free speech, petition, assembly, and the right to gather together for the lawful purpose of advising and helping one another in asserting our rights under the Federal and State Constitutions and Statutes.

IT IS HEREBY declared that we are exercising our right of “freedom of association” as guaranteed by Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution and equivalent provisions of the various State Constitutions. This means that our association activities are restricted to the private domain only.

3. We proclaim the freedom to choose and decide for ourselves the types of products, services, and methods that we think are best for healing, wellbeing, preventing illness and disease of our minds, bodies, soul, and spirit, being provided to achieve and maintain optimum wellness. We proclaim and reserve the right to include healing options that include, but are not limited to, unknown and known indigenous traditional healing practices or used by any types of healers or therapists or practitioners the world over whether traditional or nontraditional, conventional, or unconventional.

4. More specifically, the mission of our Association is to provide members with genuine and qualitative traditional spiritual indigenous healing. We offer members these healing/wellbeing options. Our Association understands that wellness has many dimensions and strives every day to stay on the leading edge of further educational development that leads to better understanding, innerstanding and overstanding. The Association strives and provides the healing/ wellbeing choices in the most effective means to provide availability of these methods, so humans worldwide have access to these services, tools and products.

5. The Association will recognize any person (irrespective of nationality or religion) who is in accordance with these principles and policies as a member and will provide a medium through which its individual members may associate for actuating and bringing to fruition the purposes heretofore declared.

Memorandum of understanding

I understand, I have freely chosen to change my legal status as a public consumer/customer/client to a private member of the Association. I further understand that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the recommendations and products offered to me by the Association members and to educate myself as to the efficacy, risks, desirability and the acceptance of the offered or recommended services, products, and that this is my own carefully considered decision.

Any request by me, to provide me with the aforementioned recommendations or products is my own free decision in an exercise of my rights, and I agree to hold the Trustee(s), staff and other worker members and the Association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such recommendations and products.

In addition, I understand that, since the Association is protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, it is outside the jurisdiction and authority of Federal and State Agencies and Authorities concerning any and all complaints or grievances against the Association, any Trustee(s), members or other staff persons.

All rights of complaints or grievances will be settled by an Association Committee and will be waived by the member for the benefit of the Association and its members.

Because the privacy and security of membership records maintained within the Association, which have been held to be inviolate by the U.S. Supreme Court, the undersigned member waives complaint process. Any customers/consumers/clients record kept by the association will be strictly protected and only released upon written request of the member.

I agree that violation of any waivers in this membership contract will result in a no contest legal proceeding against me and immediate termination of membership. In addition, the Association does not participate in any insurance plans.

I agree to join the Association, a private-membership association under common law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better health, live longer and happier in respect to our creator.

I understand that the providers who are fellow members of the Association are offering me products, services and benefits that do not necessarily conform to conventional services and products available on the market.

As a member, I accept the goals of helping my body, mind, soul, and spirit function better and choosing natural products, herbal products and spiritual tools that are determined effective, realizing that no product testing or service participation is guaranteed without my own engagement. Other aspects of informed consent will take place in my discussions with the providers of the Association.

My activities within the Association are a private matter that I refuse to share with Federal and State Medical Board(s), the FDA, FTC, USDA, CDC, DEA and any other governmental agency without my expressed specific permission. All records and documents remain as property of the Association, even if I receive a copy of them. I fully agree not to file a liability lawsuit against a fellow member of the Association.

The Trustee(s) and the coordinator shall have the right to sanction a member upon unanimous vote of the Trustee(s), after a hearing of the facts where the member may be present after notification. The sanctions include removal from active membership or imposing any other special and necessary conditions upon any member who shall discredit or bring harm to the Association in any manner.

I enter into this agreement of my own free will or on behalf of my dependent without any pressure or promise of products, tools and services.

I agree that I do not represent any State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve plant products or healing services of any kind. I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction.

I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in the Association and they supersede any previous agreement.

I understand that the membership fee entitles me to receive the aforementioned benefits of free choice declared by the Trustee(s) and the benefits provided by Aberewatia to be “general benefits” free of further charge.

I agree to pay as agreed those benefits that I receive, and are declared by the Trustees to be “special assessments”, per Fee Schedule. I also understand that all personal information, credit card & payment information, intellectual property, images and ordering systems are proprietary to Aberewatia. The information contained in this document is intended only for the individuals and entities entering into this agreement and any dissemination, distribution or copying is strictly prohibited.

I also understand that changes to this agreement can be made by Aberewatia at all times and that members will be notified to agree to the new terms and conditions of the contract.

Membership fee I will pay the sum of $25.00 (non-refundable) an initial joining fee and a $25 renewal fee automatically billed every year thereafter, as consideration for my membership contract, said term beginning with the date of the signing of this contract, and by these presents do hereby certify, attest and warrant that I have carefully read the above and foregoing of the Aberewatia Contractual Application for Membership, and I fully understand and agree with it.

Statement of Faith

We practice our faith in reflection of spoken and unspoken word, documented and undocumented traditions, common and uncommon ways of practice that always stand in Divine Truth with Spirit and Mother Earth. In respect of this, we uphold the spiritual healing powers made available through our Healers, Medicine peoples, Spiritualist, Occultist, Mystics, Astrologist, and peoples that carry unknown or uncommon definitions/titles, and/or tribal & cultural definitions/titles as their identity in tribal, traditional, indigenous, aboriginal, ancient, and primordial spiritual practices.

Aberewatia is where sacred healing practices can be executed without discrimination and full freedom. This includes but us not limited to freedom of speech, expression, education and control over self, the natural body, the mind, soul, and spirit. This shall stay true on earth, dimensional, interdimensional, trans dimensional, universal and omniversal.

We bring Ancestral wisdom, traditional, indigenous, and tribal healing practices back to our communities without the limitations, stigmata and misinterpretations derived from colonialism, separatism, dogmatism, and genocide. Aberewatia provides healing services and tools, education, membership, fellowship, union, and spiritual shelter to the community.

Starting from the axis of North America (Atlantis, Turtle Island, Tuscarora, Timucuan, Al Andalusia, Northwest Amexem [Al-Aqsa Al-Maghrib]), we reach out our arms extending to all four directions of the winds and compass of Mother Earth and where the Divine Spirit shall see fit to guide us, to help heal, and educate others and welcome disciples of all indigenous, tribal, and cultural peoples from all nations and star nations.

We believe in the rights of Mother Earth, created and given by the Divine Spirit.

We believe that all living beings are components of Mother Earth. From the largest mass to the smallest atom, we see the direct relationship to our Mother Earth, we are a direct image and reflection of Mother Earth and so she is a direct image and reflection of us as we all derive and are created by the One Supreme Divine Being/Creator/Divine Spirit/The All/ Almighty/ Great Spirit/God.

We believe that being of the creation of Mother Earth makes is all part of a higher creation that is beyond the understanding of man, any entity or body trying to put a label, scientific or political theory on this creation.

We believe it is impossible to cause harm to Mother Earth or Human/Hueman without affecting the balance of existence and the balance and protection Mother Earth is set to have for us, the rights and recognition of Mother Earth is therefore to be put into respect and shall be respected by all.

We believe Mother Earth gives life, maintains lives through health and healing and without her there be no us. It is necessary to protect and defend the rights of Mother Earth and all its creations in respect of existing nations, cultures, laws, practices, and traditions.

We are aware and alert that actions must be taken to bring back Mother Earth’s balance and heavily advocated to create avenues to do so.

We believe that Mother Earth accommodates the biggest treasure and gift available to all divine creations and humanity/huemans in its plant life, which is determined by the Divine Spirit itself to be for the healing of all Nations and living beings and should be used as healing treatment and natural medicine. Therefore, we declare them to be sacred plants and resources to be treated with dignity, protected from threat or violation and to be defended as a holy sacrament.

Preamble

We believe that we are all related one to another and we are children of the same Creator (Divine Spirit).

Article I

Governing Bodies of Mother Earth

Aberewatia shall protect our rights to spiritual expression, freedom, and practice in respect to traditional, tribal, cultural traditions. We shall have free choice of our body, mind, soul, and spirit in all stages of life. Shall there be freedom and free choice of education, healthcare, mental care, and care for physical and spiritual healing.

Article II

Primordial Divine Rights of Mother Earth

Mother Earth is a living being which constitutes itself through visible and invisible forces. She birthed all creation, and she maintains herself through a complex and extensive circle of life. Mother Earth breaths and helps all species on this planet breath, she heals itself and helps heal all species through providing plant life and natural resources. Natural law which is a creation of the Divine Spirit and Mother Earth herself governs the rights within this circle, so shall it not be violated by anything or anybody that promotes destruction, violence, and war against it. As we recognize the violation of rights against Indigenous peoples, Humans/Huemans, and inhabitant species that belong to this planet, we recognize the violations against Mother Earth. As governing bodies, we protect and serve birthrights and wellbeing of Mother Earth and by doing so we do the same in respect to all creations and peoples. Mother Earth is a being Born Alive, all functions necessary for her sustainment came already with her creation. The way we deal with Mother Earth and its creations are based on freedom, justice, equality, prosperity, peace, and culture for the world – with respect for Mother Earth.


Article III


Exercise of Rights

Free exercise of human rights, natural rights, birth right and spiritual right shall be unlimited, undiscriminated, untouchable and unalienable.

Article IV

Rights of Home and Body

We believe in the sacredness of Mother Earth, Human/Hueman Body and Home. None of those shall be violated, destroyed, attacked, polluted, manipulated, done war against or genocide. Our spiritual traditions call Earth our home for existence, our body is our home that carries the spirit and soul, and our home/ place of residence is our shelter were the body, soul and spirit find peace, privacy, safety and spiritual care. We care for our homes/ place of residence as we give it spirit, it breathes, it protects us, and provides for us.

The way we care for Mother Earth we shall care for ourselves, and we shall care for our homes as all contributes to our overall health and well-being. Our Homes contribute to the wellbeing of our Faith, Hope, Strength, Prudence and Temperance. Through the protection and maintenance of our homes, which are living bodies/ beings, we establish Charity and Justice. This principle and way of life shall protect Mother Earth, Our Bodies and our Homes from any violations, trespass, seizure, invasion, attack, and genocide.

Article V

Membership

Members of Aberewatia are to be seen as an extension of family where everyone benefits from the protection, guidance of our principles, and where we all care for one another and most importantly where we care about our right for freedom. Shall no members of Aberewatia be discriminated against their rights and shall all rights to freedom and freedom of choice referred in Article II apply to those of our members.

Article VI

Immunization; Pharmaceutical Medications; Medical treatments and Restrictions

Aberewatia Reserve All Universal, Omniversal, Galactic and Eternal Rights to irrefutably decide over our body, mind, soul, and spirit. This goes for all rules and regulations on immunizations, Pharmaceutical Medications and Medical treatments and restrictions, Aberewatia has their own spiritual guidelines, preventions, or treatments available provided directly by our Divine Spirit and Mother Earth. There is nothing in this galaxy that can overthrow the laws of nature and resources for our healing that is provided to us through sacred plant life and spiritual support in divine respect of our creator.

Furthermore, we exclaim that our tribal and indigenous rights to freedom of choice and action in respect to our health, body and medical treatments explicitly derive from our spiritual believes and traditions. When it comes to any medical treatment facilities in perspective, we have the right to our own medical representation. Any institution, municipality, county, borough, parish, state, federal agency, or nation state that attempts to require any vaccinations, immunizations, or other medical procedure by force upon our Association members are in violation of Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution and several others.

Article VII

Universal & Omniversal Rights

We exclaim that the rights concerning our existence, life, being and born rights cannot be given by any organization, Institution, or municipality. Rights are given divinely by our Creator/ The Divine/ Spirit of All, which is the divine authority and highest form of force and power in this entire Universe, Omniverse and all Galaxies. We serve and answer to our Divine Creator with and in respect of its creations in harmony with nature. We reserve the right to protect traditional spiritual indigenous lands, resources, waters and air through preservation, maintenance and development, in accordance to keep the balance of Mother Earth.
